Is the first year really free?
Yes. Create an account and you get Pro for 6 months from the day you joined — no card, no trial countdown, nothing to cancel. When it is up the account goes back to Free and Pro is $9.99/mo if you want to keep it. Accounts created before 1 September 2026 were offered a full year and keep the full year — we do not shorten an offer somebody already took.
Aren't you just selling picks?
No, and we do not sell the model at all — every number it produces is free, including its full record with the losses in it. What costs money is the pool optimiser: given your pool's scoring, your standing and the weeks left, which pick maximises your odds of winning it. That is often NOT the pick most likely to win the game, and the gap is the entire product.
Can you beat the sportsbook?
No, and we do not claim to. Our number beats the opening line and not the closing one, which is the difference between carrying information and having an edge — the market is better calibrated than we are and /model-record says so with the numbers. Winning your pool is a different problem: there is no closing line in a twelve-person pool, no vig, and the competition is your brother-in-law.
What's the model built on?
Eleven seasons of data, opponent-adjusted EPA, our in-house Elo, SP+/FPI/SRS, talent and returning production — blended in a gradient-boosted model and walk-forward validated. All of it is free.

What's the difference between monthly and annual?
