Terms of Service

Gridpex publishes sports analytics, statistical model projections, and editorial coverage for college football, the NFL and MLB. It also hosts free prediction contests — pick’em pools, survivor pools, squares, confidence pools and a salary-cap fantasy game — that groups play against each other for standings and bragging rights.

Gridpex charges no entry fee for any pool or contest, holds no pot, and awards no cash prize. There is no buy-in field, no payment feature, no payout structure and no record of who has paid anyone. Points, chips, salary caps and leaderboard standings have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for anything, and cannot be transferred or sold.

Gridpex does not process, transmit, hold, escrow or facilitate payments between users, and does not collect or store payment handles or account details for that purpose.

If a group chooses to play for money among themselves, that is entirely their own arrangement, conducted off Gridpex, and Gridpex is not a party to it, keeps no record of it, and receives nothing from it. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live.

Subscribing to Pro is a subscription to analytics features. It never buys entry to a contest, an advantage in one, or a share of anything.

Model projections, spreads, win probabilities, previews and any figure described as an edge are statistical estimates and editorial opinion, published for information and entertainment. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Past model performance does not predict future results. Any decision you make using them is yours alone, and Gridpex is not liable for it.

Market prices and lines shown on the site come from third parties, may be delayed or wrong, and are shown for comparison. Gridpex is not a sportsbook, not a broker, not an exchange, and takes no commission, referral fee or other payment from any of them.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person — bots and duplicate accounts used to influence standings will be removed.

Be decent to other people in pools, chat, direct messages and the forum. We may remove content or close accounts for harassment, spam, impersonation, cheating, or attempts to break or overload the service.

The analysis, model output, articles and design on Gridpex belong to Gridpex. Team names, logos and statistics belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting. What you post stays yours; by posting it you let us display it on the service.

Gridpex is provided without warranties of any kind. Data feeds fail, scores arrive late, and features change or go away. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gridpex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
