Pitch qualityour Stuff+ grades

How nasty each pitch is from its physical shape alone — velocity, spin, movement, extension and release point — on a scale where 100 is league average and every 10 points is one standard deviation. It does not see where the pitch was thrown, the count, or what happened to it, so a pitcher with great stuff and poor command can still give up runs. How it is built
